Jefferson has teamed up with Square K Energy Solutions to maximize local utility rebates for all campus energy projects. These projects include lighting, retro commissioning, HVAC, and chilled water plant optimization. The utility rebates are then reinvested back into our buildings in our effort to save more energy and develop a sustainable campus at a reduced cost. We could not have performed this service at this high level internally.
